Gift, Hospitality & Donation Policy

Purpose

To keep LMTSB honest and transparent by preventing bribery, undue influence, and conflicts of interest in giving or receiving gifts, hospitality, or donations.

Scope

Applies to all LMTSB employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, business partners, and any parties acting on LMTSB’s behalf.

Policy Statement

Gifts, hospitality, and donations must never be used to influence business decisions or gain improper advantage.

  • Any exchange must be transparent, reasonable, and lawful.
  • Direct or indirect giving/receiving is prohibited unless within approved exceptions.

Employee Responsibilities

  • No Improper Influence – Avoid giving/receiving gifts or hospitality that may affect business decisions.
  • Communicate Policy – Inform external parties of LMTSB’s rules.
  • Ensure Compliance – Request external adherence; report violations immediately.

Reporting & Disciplinary Action

  • Report any breach to your supervisor or compliance officer immediately.
  • Violations may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to termination of employment
