Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy Statement
LMTSB is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with the law. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form.
Objectives:
- Prevent & Detect – Identify and eliminate bribery risks in all operations.
- Comply – Follow all applicable anti-bribery laws and LMTSB procedures.
- Educate – Provide training and awareness for employees and stakeholders.
- Monitor – Review ABMS performance regularly to ensure continual improvement.
Key Commitments:
- No offering, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments.
- Gifts and hospitality must be modest, reasonable, and never influence decisions.
- All suspected violations must be reported confidentially; whistleblowers are protected.
- Bribery and corruption risks are reviewed at least two times a year.
- Upholding and satisfying all Anti-Bribery Management System requirements with integrity
Responsibility:
All directors, managements, employees, and business associates, are responsible for complying with and enforcing this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy with integrity and ethical conduct.
Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal consequences.
