Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our company’s growth efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on expanding our market share, fostering relationships with key clients, and contributing to our overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Analyze market trends and develop structured approach and strategies in driving and securing new business.
• Engage with existing and potential clients in exploring and discovering opportunities for business growth and client development. Incorporate all customers feedback and requirements in the process.
• Coordinate the requirements, examine risks and integrate the client’s requirements with business operations, in developing and negotiating contracts.
• Protects the company’s value and client’s trust by keeping information confidential.
• Support Management in organization key initiatives
• To comply with company safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued by HSE which is applicable to your own actions and conduct.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.

Qualification:

• Degree in any discipline/preferably in the Logistic Industries.
• 10 years post experience in sales/marketing.
• A self-motivated person with and who can handle the projects by himself will be given preference.
• The candidate should have the ability and experience in building market positions by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business deals/ relationship.
